Brace yo’selves! This one is delish!
You know how I do my recipes… I just throw things together and don’t measure. So, here’s what I did.
1c of quinoa
2 romaine tomatoes
sliced toasted almonds
1. Cook the quinoa.
2. Chop up the fruits and veggies.
3. Throw in as much as you like of each thing.
4. Stir it up and place in the fridge to chill.
5. Eat up!
Note: You can eat it immediately, but it’s far more tasty when it’s cold.
